I am so incredibly grateful for my time with Agnes. I came to her having done French several years back in high school along with Duolingo for the past two years. I was getting frustrated that while I could read and write French for the most part, there is still some really basic things I was struggling on, especially when it came to speaking French out loud.

I’ve been working with Agnes for several months and can say with certainty, that my confidence in speaking French out loud has grown along with my vocabulary and understanding of the French language. Agnes’s style of teaching is not something you’ll find in a textbook, but a learning that feels far more natural and customized to the student she’s working with. Being able to conjugate every single verb correctly, does not guarantee that you can successfully order a full meal in a French restaurant or successfully ask for and receive directions. Agnes teaches her students how to communicate effectively and listen.

I honestly have nothing but good reviews for this particular service. Professor Bonne has demonstrated to me that she really cares about teaching a language in a fun and engaging way, something that sometimes through normal classes can feel boring or not encouraging at all. I am someone with no experience in French and I have honestly being having a blast learning with her method, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Professor Bonne is very relatable and understanding of your own pace, and she will make lessons that make sense for your level of knowledge and immersive you to learning the language. Agnes is such a wonderful teacher and an exceptional human being, last Tuesday I was kinda of stressed out before class starts  and she show  me a few breathing exercises for calm down. Bonjour, Agnes is such a wonderful and caring teacher. She really wants you to explore French and French culture in the ways that best fits your interests. Before starting a class with Agnes Bonne I was anxious because I was going into a class where I didnt know anyone but after my first class I felt very comfortable and that it was okay to make mistakes so any anxiety I had went away.

I saw many improvements:

1. I am able to multitask much easier and switch between French and English easier as well.

2. My memory has improved, I've especially noticed this at work when I can recall details from weeks past in meetings.

3. I also have become more creative because French with Agnes has given me more confidence and our classes incorporate many different types of skills from creating stories to listening to music.

4. My reading skills have increased because I can now use techniques that I use to learn french when I am reading in english.

5. I do feel that my concentration has increased, I've noticed that I can focus on a task at work for 2+ hours and not get fatigued or distracted.

6. And Yes, not only are there many french words in the english language that I am now learning but the techniques used to understand grammar in french I have also applied to English which has made me a better writer and reader
