1. Payment of Fees

By enrolling with Agnes Bonne Consulting, you agree to pay the fees as outlined on our website or agreed upon in writing. All fees are due and payable prior to or at the time of service. If payment is not received by the due date, we may require immediate payment or cancel your scheduled sessions.
2. Schedule of Sessions

Agnes Bonne Consulting offers flexible scheduling based on availability. Once you have enrolled and paid for a session, the schedule will be confirmed with you. It is your responsibility to attend the scheduled sessions and arrive punctually. If you are unsure about any aspect of the schedule or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Cancellations

PRIVATE SESSIONS: Agnes Bonne Consulting requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. If you fail to provide adequate notice, you may be charged for the missed session. Exceptions to this policy may be made in extraordinary circumstances and at our sole discretion.
GROUP SESSIONS: No cancellations will be allowed. Group session recordings will be made available to any participant unable to attend a session, but rescheduling for an individual absence is not possible due to the group nature of these sessions.
4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for a scheduled session, it may be shortened at our discretion to ensure that all clients receive their full scheduled time. Please make every effort to arrive on time so that we can maximize the benefits of your tutoring sessions.
5. Auto-renew

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all programs and services provided by Agnes Bonne Consulting will be set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may opt out of auto-renewal by contacting Agnes Bonne Consulting at least 7 days before the end of your current billing cycle.
6. No Refunds

All fees paid to Agnes Bonne Consulting are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or discontinuation of services. However, we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements when possible.
7. Hold Harmless

By enrolling with Agnes Bonne Consulting, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify us from any claims or damages arising out of or related to your participation in our services. This includes but is not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during or as a result of the sessions.
